What types of pearls does Echovelle carry?
We work with four pearl varieties:

How do I care for my pearl jewelry?
Pearls are organic gems that require gentle care:
- Wipe with a soft, damp cloth after each wear to remove body oils and perfume.
- Store separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box — never in airtight containers, as pearls need a little moisture.
- Put on pearl jewelry after applying makeup, hairspray, and perfume.
- Avoid soaking in water, chlorinated pools, or exposing to chemicals.
- Have strands restrung every 1–2 years if worn regularly.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $250 within the United States. For orders under $250, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout. International shipping is available to most countries; rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping (US): 5–7 business days.
Expedited shipping (US): 2–3 business days.
International: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package ships.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Are Echovelle pearls certified and authentic?
Absolutely. All Echovelle pearls are 100% genuine cultured pearls — never imitation or simulated. We work directly with certified pearl farms and can provide provenance documentation upon request for high-value pieces. Each purchase comes with an Echovelle Certificate of Authenticity.
How do I find my ring size?
We recommend using a ring sizer or visiting a local jeweler for the most accurate measurement. You can also download our printable ring sizing guide. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort. Most Echovelle rings can be resized — please contact us for details before ordering if you are unsure.
